مریض بتاتا ہے کہ میں سوتا جاگتا رہتا ہوں۔ اُس کا مطلب ہوتا ہے کہ وہ دو تین گھنٹے سونے کے بعد مکمل جاگ جاتا ہے۔ یعنی ہر رات وہ تین چار بار جاگتا ہے اور نیند پوری طرح کھل جاتی ہے اور وہ نئے سرے سے سوتا ہے۔
